Everything is included (wifi, cable, Hydro, heat, gas) The room comes furnished, and is available right away. Rent is $850 a month with the damage deposit of $425. I'm looking for a quiet roommate who is friendly easy-going and tidy. The condo is fully furnished and has a big flat screen TV in the living room and the location can not be beat.
