Full time Sales associate $17.50 - 18.50 per hour plus benefits

As we look to open our retail store HOB Fine Foods in Langford, we are looking for a friendly hardworking sales associate to join our team. $17.50 - $18.50 per hour plus benefits. In this role, you will engage and connect with our customers by providing excellent customer service. You will be an expert in product and use this expertise to educate, inform and inspire the customer. You will offer information to the customer on current merchandise assortment and events, and execute operational processes effectively and efficiently. Your goal is to bring our brand to life for our customers and community while building brand loyalty and delivering with productivity. What you'll do: - acknowledge and engage with customers, locate merchandise and product, answer questions quickly and effectively. -offer and suggest merchandise & product to customers, utilizing displays or providing samples where applicable. - promote brand and loyalty by providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge. - support sales floor, check out, back of house and kitchen processes as required. - be responsive and handle all external/internal requests. - Good communicator with the ability to utilize product knowledge effectively and engage with customers and your team to meet goals. -Problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement, who is always learning, open to feedback and takes action as required. -Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues/concerns courteously and professionally while communicating these interactions with the rest of your team. -Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems. -Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on- the-job training
