Lovely ground floor bachelor suite for rent. This suite is fully furnished, includes in-suite laundry and a full bathroom. Located in a quiet neighbourhood with easy access to the Lochside trail, a short walk to Thrifty Foods, major bus routes, and the Root Cellar. We are seeking a single, quiet, short term renter for this space. Due to it's size, it unfortunately isn't suitable for 2 people, or pets. We have a 4 year old so it can be a bit noisy in the mornings above the suite - if you enjoy sleeping in past 7 AM this may not be the place for you!
