$1,400 · Hoping for a Miracle!

Hi Victoria, I’m reaching out in hopes that someone in our community might have or know of a small, affordable month-to-month rental available. I’m in a bit of a transition — currently on income assistance while I wait for a subsidized housing placement, but I’m about to start a new job as an Accounting Clerk, which I’m really excited about. I’m a quiet, respectful tenant with excellent references, and I’m just looking for a safe, stable place to land for my family while I get back on my feet. I have a daughter who will be turning 4 in August. I also have two senior pets — very calm, clean, and well-behaved. They’ve been my companions for years and are part of the family. I’m hoping for something within Greater Victoria (or surrounding areas), and ideally on a month-to-month basis, as I’m waiting for a more permanent placement through BC Housing. I know it’s a long shot, but I believe in community and kindness — so I’m putting this out there in hopes of a small miracle.
