$2,500 · Looking in cowichan valley

Hi! We are looking at moving back to the island from Alberta. We would prefer to be in the Shawnigan lake, Mill Bay, cowichan Bay Area. My husband works out of town in northern Alberta for 20 days out of the month and we are expecting a little one in January. We do get his 3 boys 5 days a month. We don’t require much, hoping to be allowed a pet or two and we have horses so bonus if land is available!! Looking to move early fall. Thank you!
