Mature, single, professional woman in her 30s seeking a private, quiet, 1 bedroom (or large bachelor) rental unit. No smoking, no partying. 2 very well behaved indoor cats (and willing to pay pet deposit). Many excellent professional and character references. Salaried / consistent full time income. Requirements: space for 1 vehicle, utilities included (or portion of). Separate entrance/fully private suite (no roommates). Would prefer not to live above/below young children due to noise. Tenant would prefer to keep to themselves/lives a quiet lifestyle and is often out of the house. Previously was a homeowner (responsible, reliable, hard-working) and has been living in their current rental for 3 years. Involved community member who believes in supporting youth, families, and building connections and resources to support those around them. Open to most neighborhoods. Would be the most low-maintenance, respectful, mindful tenant you've ever had! Move in date flexible. I am not in a rush to leave my current space, they are just making so many changes around the property and it is becoming poorly managed, unsafe, and very frustrating to navigate all the noise and upgrades.
