Professional couple seeking home with no other tenants on the property. Ideal place will have a yard to enjoy gardening and BBQing. Prefer 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a master bedroom suitable for a king sized bed and a garage or basement for extra storage. No carpet please. Non-partiers, non-smoking, no pets, just a quiet pair looking for a relaxing, peaceful place to call home. We would enjoy being in town but we also love Brentwood Bay or any place in between there and Victoria. Not interested in Langford or out in that direction. We both work in the trades, I'm in construction management and he's a plumber and gas fitter. We would be ideal tenants because we are both handy and self sufficient. We would manage the property as if it was our own and could handle any issues that may arise, ourselves.
