Putting together a band

Hello! I play bass, so I'm looking for a drummer, 2 guitarists, and maybe a synth player. However, if you play some other weird cool instrument let me know. I have some songs written and many more works in progress. I don't really know what genre to call it, but post-punk is probably the closest. I have some demos I can send you so you can get a better idea of the sound My biggest influence is Radiohead, and some others are Bent Knee, Squid, Black Midi, Sigur Rós, Blonde Redhead, and Sonic Youth. At the minimum you should have some basic theory knowledge, experience playing with others, be able to play in time, and decent technical ability. Also need to be comfortable in odd time signatures. I'm also looking for people who are willing to experiment and find new sounds, I'm not just looking for a typical rock band. I have parts written for the songs, but they're not set in stone, and I hope you can add to them. My plan is to apply for some grants to get funding to make some sort of release (ideally a full album, but more realistically just an EP), then have some sort of show for the release. I'm 17, so I'm looking for maybe 15-25 age range, but that's not a hard limit. Anyways, if you have any more questions text or email me.
