Are you interested in learning to improvise and solo in blues and rock? I will show you a system to know where to play as chords change, where to see those chords and a simple set of scales to use. Chord shapes are important and you may have heard of the CAGED system of chord shapes. This is part of what I do. The scales tie into the shapes and also link to each other. Each area of the neck has a complete set of scales to use so you don't have to jump around to find a.scale. It's all up to you where you want to play on the neck at any moment. I can teach you how to change from major to minor and much more in any key. Also by putting yourself to the test each week with a jam this new language gets put into use. This is the language of blues and rock guitar. If this sounds interesting to you let me know. You may be a good guitar player already and just want some additional skills. We all love to copy other player's solos but improvising is different. It takes some work but it is worth it to know this new language of improvising. You won't find this on the internet . You won't find this info spelled out this clearly anywhere. I'm looking for some keen students to share my enthusiasm about improvising. We will play to a backing track and have some fun learning and playing rock and blues. These lessons are purely to get you on the road to being able to improvise rock and blues guitar.
