Elderly care - overnight

We're looking for some overnight care for my father. He has mobility issues and mild dementia. My mom would be in the house, but would like another set of hands in case she needs assistance. He sleeps most of the night, but she could use help getting him to the bathroom, etc. He's in good spirits and has a very friendly nature - he's quite easy to deal with.
