Having worked in Healthcare for the past five years I understand just how healing a comforting touch can be. The simple act of holding hands releases oxytocin which helps bring the body back into a state of calm and peacefulness. I am happy being the big or little spoon and can draw sleepy circles on your back with my nails, comb my fingers through your hair or simply listen to your day. Anything we talk about will remain fully confidential. I have a background in psychology and for the past three years I’ve specialized in Trauma Informed Care. I am also finishing up my 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training. I like creating and holding space for someone to simply be themselves - without judgement. Whether you’d like goofy, vulnerable or simply a quiet companion. I can travel up to an hour to meet you, anything longer will incur additional travel costs - this does not count if I am already in your area/city for another reason. If you would like me to travel off island I usually need a weeks notice in advance. You can absolutely always ask with less notice however I do have a full time job and cannot always get time off on short notice.
