Sales Assistant

Landmark Sign is looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team. Sales Assistant Duties: • Seek new customers using various methods to qualify them as potential customers • Assist sales team in servicing existing accounts and in establishing new accounts; maintaining excellent customer relations with all accounts • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and making recommendations to management • Respond to requests from field sales in a timely manner • Prepare and maintain action item lists, issues lists and program plans • Exercise judgment and make decisions to promote smooth workflow and prioritization • Organize sales leads • Data entry • Additional tasks as assigned • Organizational Skills • Communication Skills • Efficient skills in the digital marketplace • Cold calls to potential sales leads • Strong computer skills. Ex; Excel and Word Sales Assistant Qualifications: • Demonstrated communication and presentation skills • Self-motivated focused on results, with the ability to work independently as well as collaborate with the team.
