MEET UP MORNINGS NEAR FORT & COOK Excellent condition. No chips or cracks, very clean. One end is open and has a new cork for sealing it. They were made hollow with some having one end open so you can either put ice cold water in it (to keep pastry cold while preparing) or flour for extra sprinkling on a pastry board. It is very old, it has a blue tint to the glass, and some little “bubble” manufacturing flaws which all the old ones have. It’s longer than most, it’s 20” long including the handles, The barrel part is about 3” longer than regular rolling pins. The wooden stand has hanger holes on the back for wall mounting or it is lovely on a counter for display. To remove it from the stand just slide the cork end as far forward as it can go then lift out the other end first to enable sliding out the cork end. A treasure!
