CONSTRUCTION / CARPENTERS WORKERS WANTED

Hey all! If you're looking for a job, we will probably take you! Looking for anyone with construction experience, you don't need much, as long as you are interested to learn more. And if you are a more experienced lad or lass, we also have room for growth with a construction manager position potentially opening up soon. We are seeking a hard-working and reliable construction worker to join our team. You will participate in a variety of construction projects and follow construction plans and instructions from the construction manager. Although experience isn't essential, you will just need to bring a great attitude and be ready to learn. You may be working in a team or alone depending on your skill level. Qualifications: -Good communication and honesty (We'd rather have a worker with less experience and a great attitude than a more experienced worker with a poor attitude) -Vehicle or secure means to travel to multiple jobsites per day. -Construction experience About us: We typically do home renovations, this entails building decks, moving or tearing down walls, getting kitchens ready for re-modeling, etc. You would be responsible for any demolitions, framing, or carpentry needed. You will be expected to keep the jobsite clean, and communicate clearly to the construction manager on any issues that appear. *Looking for someone located between Victoria and Parksville.
