Window cleaning and property maintenance

Exterior Maintenance Service Technicians to start as soon as possible. We offer Benefits after 6 months and paid skills training. Responsibilities: Keep buildings and properties in clean and orderly condition Perform heavy cleaning duties such as power washing and roof demossing Perform routine maintenance tasks Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment ​Qualifications: Class 5 Drivers license Speak fluent English Comfortable with heights Able to work outside in all weather conditions Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields is bonus but not required Ability to handle physical workload Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Customer service skills Physically fit We are seeking employees for long-term positions.
