We are looking to hire skilled cleaners, a person who has the skill set and experience to clean thoroughly and takes pride in their work, hopefully someone with their own vehicle or someone who lives in the WestShore / Colwood area or can travel by bus!!! We are looking for a person who wants to become a part of a great team. Someone who likes various challenges and has a great work ethic and great attitude toward doing a job well!!! This position allows for growth within the company and even the potential for a management position after working firstly as a reliable skilled cleaner for a period of time. Work well with others. Our starting wage is above industry standards and our goal is to pay our employees as much as the job allows us to as a company and in return we provide our clients with above industry standards of quality work. Some of our locations allow for paid travel time also!!! Very few if any companies offer that to their employees. Our pay will range from $18.00-$20.hr depending on skill level and ability, cleaning positions leading to management positions.
