Experienced Plumber/Renovator available for installations and repairs

Hello, I am an experienced Plumber and Kitchen/Bathroom Renovator with over 20yrs experience in the trades. I work on an hourly rate for repairs, and quote-pricing for installations and project work. I am semi-retired now, but still have my fully outfitted contractor’s van and like to do occasional jobs to keep myself busy and my skills practiced. This means that my availability is better than most others, however it also means that I am picky about what jobs I take on. I am experienced with planning/rough-in and finishing/renovation work, and I take a lot of pride in repairing faulty/flawed workmanship (which is why I got into the trades in the first place) to restore your home and your sanity. If you require immediate service, then there are plenty of companies in town which can dispatch someone to assist you. If you want someone experienced who will do the job properly the first time, then I’d be happy to discuss your repair/project. And although I am not currently interested in doing complete bathroom/kitchen renovations at this time, I may be interested in smaller projects. Some of the plumbing work I do: -leak repairs -fixture installations/servicing (sinks, faucets, dishwashers, toilets, bathtubs, showers, ect) -water heater replacement -bathroom/kitchen planning and 3-D design, renovations, and repairs
