Contractor Looking for Small to Medium Sized Renovation

We have some open spaces in our schedule. We are looking for small to medium sized cosmetic renovations to fill those spaces. The types of renovations we are looking for do not require a building permit. Primarily we do all of our own work but we are capable of managing subcontractors if needed.
