$18 · Blueberry Pruners Wanted

Pruning of bushes from November through to March. Hours can be flexible as long as pruning progresses on schedule. Work will be physical as you are reaching over your head quite often and standing for long periods. Work will be outdoors and you will need to work through rainy days. Snow or heavy frost will require work to stop as it impedes pruning. We can provide training and guidance. We will expect employees to post progress and check in to report any issues. Equipment (pruners, loppers, knee pads) are provided. We are not sponsoring any out of region workers for this job. This job does not include housing on the property. Must reside in Greater Victoria.
