As Crew Member, you play an important role for Year Round Yard Maintenance Ltd. Reporting directly to the Crew Lead, you are responsible for performing quality landscape and maintenance services in a safe and efficient manner. You work on large residential, corporate, and commercial projects. In this role, you - Exercise quality customer service skills - Can work independently and cooperatively as part of a team - Possess knowledge of landscaping and yard maintenance duties - Are driven to move up through our company - Must be physically fit, strong and able to work at a very fast and efficient pace - Attention to detail - Are reliable, punctuality is essential - Possess good organizational skills - Maintain a high level of quality, safety, efficiency, and customer service Requirements: - Use of proper personal protective equipment (PPE) - Valid Class 5 license - Ability to lift and carry heavy objects/equipment - Walk for long periods of time - Willingness to get dirty and work in dusty conditions - No smoking on customer property or in work vehicles - Use of respectful language, exercise sensitivity to your surroundings - Willingness to take instruction and direction - Work a varied schedule (including Saturdays) in sometimes adverse weather conditions Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in landscaping maintenance. - Self-motivated and a quick learner - Possess strong social, organizational and communication skills Apply today and join us in raising the bar on the landscaping industry, and your future!
