The tuning dials are on the side for station selection and volume. CD player works fine. The battery cover is missing. It takes a 9V battery as back up for alarm settings in case of power outage. It has a 30 min - 2 hour sleep timer and 2 alarm settings, one for CD or radio and one for a buzzer. It all works perfectly. The antenna is removable if it isn’t required.
