Security officer and IT person

Job title: Head of Security, Cannabis facility Hours and Wage: Full time (6 to 7 hours per day) $45 per hour Benefits: Included Requirements: Must be security clearable (no criminal record) Must have strong IT skills Job description: • Monitor CCTV systems, tracking software, and patrols for potential security risks. • Monitor facility activity via CCTV, key control access systems and officer patrol. • Provide and designate appropriate security clearance and issue for co workers and visitors and vehicles. • Monitor security cameras, ensure proper operation of equipment, and patrol the facility systematically. • Communicate emergency evacuation procedures to all residents, and conduct safety drills and training as required. • Respond quickly in emergency situations to take control. • Provide gate security and complete daily reports. • Supervise, train and assist other security personnel in deterring disorderly conduct through strong communication skills and visual observation. • Demonstrate organizational and management skills by creating schedules and training documents. • Set up and help manage and troubleshoot IT infrastructure • Physical patrolling and security of facility interior and perimeter • Understand and operate established automated security system Availability: September to October 2022
