Zen Meditation Instruction

Do not believe in anything simply because it is found written in your religious books. Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders. Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations. But after observation and analysis, when you find that anything agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it.” The Historical Buddha I am offering instruction in Zen Buddhist Meditation. I will accept 4 students on a 'first come first serve basis'. The classes will be free and instruction will begin on Sat. May 3rd. The classes will run for one month (4 Saturdays) and each class will be 1 to 2 hours in length . At the end of that period, we will evaluate the process and decided how/if to proceed from there. The classes will be held on a property at Prospect Lake outside Victoria.
