Out of School Care Leaders

Doncaster-Oakcrest Child Care is looking to hire an out of school care leader. The shifts are 2:15 pm - 5:30 pm. Priority will be given to candidates who are available all five afternoons. There may also be opportunities to sub on mornings (7 am - 9 am). 4% vacation paid out on each paycheque. Shifts are perfect for UVIC or Camosun College students. We are a great organization to work for!! Requirements are: 1) Must be 19 years of age or older 2) Must have 20 hours of childcare related courses (child development, guidance, health and safety, or nutrition) or be willing to take the Responsible Adult Online Course 3) Must hold a valid first aid certificate 4) Must submit to a criminal record check Experience working with children in a recreational setting is a definite asset.
