Customer Service

We are a growing company that specialize in custom apparel. Located in beautiful Downtown Victoria. We have clients like Schools, Restaurants, Local Sports Teams and small or large Companies all across Canada. We are looking for a Customer Service member to join the team as we continue to grow more and more. You will be responsible for taking orders from customers through email and learn about their specific needs, recommending products and services. As a Customer Service Representative, you should be highly customer-oriented, self-confident, able to approach new prospects and have strong communication skills. Your goal will be to make sure that customers are satisfied with our products and services. Daily Tasks: General customer assistance via phone/in-person/emails (this includes taking payments, answering basic questions, etc) Assistance with e-commerce orders and online store "back of house" operations Responsibilities/Expectations: Flexible and adaptive working style High attention to detail Keen to work in a faster paced, growing environment Keen to work and collaborate with our team to help us grow Learn about and be able to answer basic questions about decoration (screen printing, embroidery, etc.) Learn about and be able to answer basic questions about our suppliers/products Perks: Benefits after 3 months Growth Opportunities Profit Sharing after 2 years Discounts on Clothing Flexible Time offs Fun Team Events (Staff Lunches, and after work activities) Beer Fridays!
