The role will consist of the following duties: Meet and greet customers with a smile and positive attitude - Answer phones and emails to provide quotes, answer questions, and provide your expertise - Book appointments for service - Explain tire features and benefits to assist in the decision making process - provide details and requirements for automotive service needs and completed work - Receive and input inventory - Assist with loading and unloading inventory - Basic Computer Literacy - Systems training provided - Bring in a positive attitude and have fun!
