Shared Office Space - Downtown Victoria I am looking to share my furnished office space with 1-2 other people starting Dec 1st. The office is located on the second floor of the "Mercantile Building" at 2020 Douglas Street. Office rent includes all utilities, access to single occupant restrooms, water, and a printer and shredder. The office has two large windows that face west and provide lots of natural light, and both mountain and sunset views. Both of the windows open offering great airflow. The unit is approximately 200 sq ft. Monthly rent is $250 +GST per full day (approx. 4 days per month). Full days on Mondays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays are currently available. A half day can also be discussed on Fridays. I am open to negotiating rent for folks that are interested in multiple days. Ideally looking for long-term tenants. The space is set up for counsellors and other wellness practitioners. Free 1-2 hour street parking is available on all surrounding streets and paid parking is available in the Robbin's lot behind the building.
