WANTED: Commercial or Industrial Property for Lease

I am looking for a commercial, industrial or warehouse space that's minimum 1,500 sqft, ideally around 2,000 sqft, to lease for a new business. Looking to open doors in January or February 2023, so would like to find something quite soon. Ideally, looking outside of the downtown Victoria core, Saanich/Uptown area or Westshore preferred, or somewhere in between. Parking and safe location are important and an area that is accessible for my customers and does not have restrictions with hours of operations.
