$10 · Silver ?? picture frame (it is very heavy)

This frame is surprisingly heavy. It measures just over 4 1/2 inches across and almost 7 inches high. It can be used in either direction. It is not to be hung but it has a support on the back so it can sit on an item of furniture. We have JUST reduced the price of this frame. We are in South Oak Bay if you would like to see it.
