Personal Assistant - Part Time

Busy Professional, seeking an Administrative Assistant for part-time work. Require someone who can do research, proposals, email, and other related duties and will be discussed as required. An understanding of computers, Microsoft Office and Excel would be an asset, as would the ability to conduct business in a professional manner. Having great interpersonal and organizational skills, a strong phone presence, confidentiality, being efficient and reliable are important traits as well. The majority of this work can be done remotely and the bulk of the contact will be by teleconference, although some in person meetings may be necessary. (ie – signing documents) If you are looking for extra income, flexible work hours and the ability to work from home, this is the job for you. Minimum hours per week are negotiable. Wages are between $18 - $20 per hour, paid weekly. The ability to make more per hour is dependent on other skills and attributes (ie – Research background).
