Sell your business to employees

Hi, Have you considered selling your business to your employees? Not sure if they have all the skills? Trying to find a way to have that first discussion? Wondering about what the finances would look like? Capstan is a new organization created to help companies transition to employee ownership. We are developing a profession development series for business owners that are considering employee ownership as a succession model. As the world is changing quickly these days, we are looking to capture the challenges of the moment. We are currently looking for 5 business owners at any stage of this process to participate in a short information session. In exchange for your time (approx. 1 hour interview) we are happy to provide up to 3 hours of guidance, exploration, consultation, or research to help in your specific transition.
