Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Appointment Setter to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to schedule appointments with potential clients for our agency and agency clients. You will play a key role in driving sales by generating qualified leads and ensuring our sales team has a steady pipeline of opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients using provided scripts and lists. Engage in professional conversations to identify client needs and set appointments for consultations. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure high-quality appointments. Follow up on warm leads and inquiries in a timely and organized manner. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to meet and exceed monthly appointment-setting targets. Communicate effectively with potential clients to establish trust and interest in our services. Requirements: Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or a related role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor. Ability to handle objections and think on your feet. Self-motivated and results-driven with a positive attitude. Proficient in using CRM tools and comfortable with technology.
