Moorage for the winter wanted. Wishing to rent dock space at private dock or mooring ball ( dock space obviously preferred ). 26' sailboat, older but in good nick, available power for air circulation/bilge pumps would be nice. Don't need a lot of access ( as in odd hours or during the week really), though would like to do some upgrades/maintenance on weekends, maybe a few outings. Definitely not a liveaboard, not a party boat or any of that, purely a fair weather day sailer. From Esquimalt to Brentwood Bay, with easy access if a mooring ball ( capable of a 26' keel boat ).
