$1400 private room in Gordon Head area - all utilities and internet included! Private bedroom to rent in a 2 bedroom house available July 1st (possibly earlier if roommate secures somewhere for June)! Currently looking for someone to take over my roommates lease. Security deposit is $767, open to another cat if my friendly little cat gets along with them! LGBTQIA+ friendly, preferably looking for someone more fem but open to discussing the rental with anyone :) You’d be sharing the space with me and my chatty, but mellow cat. You would get the master bedroom in this bright two bedroom suite! It’s a large, bright space with a walk in closet. Could easily fit two people if you wanted to room together and split rent. There’s access to laundry in the suite and an outdoor patio / backyard and the living space and kitchen would be shared and furnished. Bedroom would come unfurnished, but I have an air mattress you’d be welcome to borrow if needed! There’s one parking spot available in the driveway and outdoor storage as well. It’s a 20 minute walk away from UVIC and the Gordon Head Rec Centre, as well as an 8 minute walk to the 27/28 Bus Stops. A little bit about me: My name is Noelle and I’m a 21 year old individual (any pronouns) currently studying psychology at Camosun! I work part time in an ASC program and am out of the house on weekdays from 1:00pm - 6:30pm. In my downtime I tend to be quiet and keep to myself and I’m a very creatively oriented person who loves to make art, watch musical theatre, make music, write, and bake :D I’ve been getting more into baking and will happily share the results with you. Looking for someone tidy and respectful who I could get along with! You can keep to your own space as much as you want but I won’t be opposed to doing things together if you ever want company in the house! I do own a lovely little indoor cat named Willow who is very friendly and curious and can be a bit chatty depending on her mood (her picture is included for reference).
