SHORT TERM rental of private furnished suite on the ground floor of split level house available for weekly rent starting July 1 2023 located within walking distance to UVic and short drive to Royal Jubilee Hospital - Shelbourne and McKenzie area. Double bed, TV, reading chair, wardrobe dresser, small storage closet. Kitchen has full sized stove/oven, microwave and small appliances, and an expandable dining table. Bathroom has heated floors. In-suite laundry. No pets; no smoking/drugs/vaping on premises. Suitable for one person, or couple, as the living room and bedroom are combined. $800 for ONE week/$1,400 for 2 weeks/$2,000 for 3 weeks/$2,500 for 4 weeks all inclusive. Dates are flexible.
