Hello lovely community! Currently looking to line up a 1 bedroom completely detached self contained suite (carriage house, cottage, cabin etc) for January/February-ideally. Detached from all others please, no one on the other side of the wall etc. It’d just be for myself and my quiet, cute little 13lbs non shedding/hypoallergenic dog. My dog is very friendly, calm and he’s 11yrs old. And he’s so well behaved!! I’m an avid gardener, outdoors loving gal and will keep up my outside area. Non smoker, non vapour, non partier, quiet introvert. Clean and respectful of those around me, keep to myself. Gainfully self employed and have been for many years. Can provide references for both myself and my fur baby. Currently we’re in a nice place, but I miss living more rural in the Metchosin & surrounding areas, closer to family. Metchosin/Happy valley, Highlands, East Sooke to Sooke areas. Appreciate a quiet, rural setting with privacy. Need a bath tub and in suite washer/dryer, utilities all included please.
