MEET UP MORNINGS NEAR FORT AND COOK Quality made in Italy to last! Makes 3 shots. Excellent condition, Inox 18/10 Stainless Steel. Vintage 1970s. There isn’t a manufacture name but initials of a company on the bottom, I have no idea who it is! It measures 7.25” high x 7” wide across the bottom. It is solid and the gasket is a thick flexible rubber one. It was rarely used. Weighs about 1.5 lbs. Clean, no damage, stains or scratches. It’s a simple concept and nothing can break or go wrong with it, will last forever! had to google to figure out what to do. Making espresso is easy, you fill it with water to just under the steam release valve on the inside then put the coffee in the basket, insert into the reservoir and screw the top on tight. Lift the handle of the valve on top so it’s pointing up….that allows the coffee to come through. Put it on high on the burner until coffee starts to run out (it’s a very thin stream as the hole is small). Reduce to medium high heat for the coffee to run through and when it starts to sputter then close the valve by putting the black valve handle to a horizontal position. There is enough water retained in the bottom to allow for steaming because the coffee basket stem purposely doesn’t reach the bottom. Remove the cup of coffee and allow the pot to build up pressure to steam the milk, takes about 4 minutes I think. There has to be enough pressure built up in order to steam the milk, I couldn’t make it “froth” but certainly steamed it to hot. Maybe it’s only meant to steam and not froth, I don’t know! Price reflects! I used about 2 TB coffee and 1/3 cup of milk but the amount of coffee used is all according to your own taste. It makes a little over 1/2 cup of espresso, about 5 ounces. Use less water to make less coffee but I think they work best using the full amount. It’s the identical one to the photo for $158. Works on the same principle as the Bellman stovetop espresso milk steamer works, here’s a video link for it. https://youtu.be/JeWjIEPvKQo Selling lots of good items, some are free with purchase, click on my photo for listings.
