The place is one block from both the 39 bus (which goes directly to UVic in one direction, and the Victoria General Hospital in the other), and the 6 bus (which goes downtown.) It's also close to all kinds of great amenities including the Commonwealth Pool, Broadmead Village, Royal Oak Village, and picturesque Mount Doug. This suite is suitable for a single occupant only. (Sorry, no pets.) It's a very quiet neighbourhood so we are looking for a respectful, quiet tenant. No smoking or vaping whatsoever on the property please.
