$99 · Jodi-Vac Vacuum for Hearing Aids (home use)

Bought in January for $219, and in brand-new condition. I've just replaced it with a more expensive unit to meet professional standards. It is made in Portland, OR, and does an excellent job for home use in cleaning hearing aids.
