Bookkeeper We are a small notary & accounting firm located in Victoria, BC looking for a part-time bookkeeper. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible. Hours are flexible, 2 days per week, but may increase if needed/desired. Wages are dependent on experience. Duties include: • All internal bookkeeping (for both companies) • Preparing and filing GST, PST, & payroll remittance • Accounts Payable & Receivable • Bank accounts reconciliation (General & Trust accounts) Qualifications: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Familiarity with Sage and QuickBooks Online • Previous bookkeeping experience is required Please email your resume and cover letter to general@shipleygroup.ca.
