Full Cycle Bookkeeper – Must Have Construction Experience

Job Responsibilities • Daily entries into Dext & Quickbooks Online • Issuing Customer Invoices as required • Monthly bank account reconciliations • Monthly vendor account reconciliation and payments • Liase with vendors as required to maintain accounts • GST calculation and remittances • Biweekly payroll runs • Payroll Tax calculation and remittances • Cashflow management in conjunction with the Management team • Assist with process flow/design and implementation of systems • General office administration • Assist with the HR function as required, planning events, etc • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Work Hours Hours of work will be Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. No weekend work, Stat Holidays off, 4% vacation pay with each paycheque, 10 days off in December Education & Experience 5+ years of bookkeeping experience 2+ years in a construction environment Post secondary education in Accounting or Bookkeeping Experience with Dext (Receipt Bank) and QuickBooks Online This position is not a remote work position at this time. Work will be performed in the office.
