Benefits: Comprehensive health and benefits package with RRSP after 1 year. Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4 pm. Requirements: High school diploma, with preference given to those in a recognized accounting program. Ability to keyboard at least 45wpm. Proficient with Office365, with an emphasis on Excel. Experience with accounting software. Strong writing skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communicator, both verbal and written. Comfortable and experienced using PC computers. Experienced with digital filing systems. Duties and Responsibilities: Issue invoices twice a month, with additional day to day invoices as requested by Project Managers Process all accounts receivable payments and apply to accounts. Monthly WIP report and maintaining WIP. Process accounts receivable write-offs and adjustments, as authorized by Project Managers or Controller. Input and balancing of timecards, and delivery of daily labour reports to management and lead hands. Other duties as required.
