At e-CycleVictoria I specialize in converting existing bicycles to electric using a mid-drive kit. I have various different sizes of kits and batteries to meet your riding and budget needs from 500w to 1000w and batteries that can provide a range >100kms. Prices for a complete installed kit range from $1,695 to $2,295 depending on battery, motor, and component options. I use motors from Bafang (one of the largest eBike motor manufacturers). These motors are extremely reliable and use non-proprietary off-the-shelf parts such as batteries and displays which keeps maintenance low. There are several different styles of bikes that make ideal conversion candidates such as hardtail mountain bikes, hybrid city bikes, Fat Tire bikes, and cruiser styles.
